Terms & Conditions – Entre Vinos

By placing an order through our online store, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

Minimum Age

The sale of alcoholic beverages is strictly prohibited to persons under the age of 18. By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.

Product Availability

All our gourmet packs are carefully prepared using fresh, high-quality products. If an item is unavailable, we reserve the right to replace it with another product of equal or higher quality and similar value, while maintaining the same gourmet experience.

Prices

All prices are displayed in Euros (€) and include applicable taxes.

Order Delivery

Deliveries are available exclusively within Mallorca to the address provided by the customer. Our delivery driver may request a valid photo ID to verify the recipient's age before handing over alcoholic beverages.

Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information, including the full address and any details required for hotels, holiday apartments, villas, boats or yachts.

Order Acceptance

Once an order has been confirmed, it will be prepared for the selected delivery date and time. Changes or cancellations are only possible before preparation begins.
