At Entre Vinos, we want your order to arrive in perfect condition and at the time that best suits you.

Delivery Area

We currently deliver exclusively within Mallorca.

We deliver to private homes, hotels, holiday apartments, villas, boats and yachts. To ensure a smooth delivery, please provide the full delivery details when placing your order (hotel or accommodation name, room number, guest name, marina or berth, or any other relevant information).

Order Preparation

Each of our gourmet packs is carefully prepared by hand and scheduled according to the delivery date and time selected during checkout.

Order Delivery

Orders are delivered on the date and within the time slot chosen by the customer, subject to availability.

If there is any unforeseen delay, we will contact you as soon as possible.

Delivery Attempts

If the recipient is unavailable or the delivery address is incorrect, we will contact you to arrange a new delivery. Additional delivery charges may apply.
